Decide how long you would like to rent the knee walker for (we have a minimum rental of two weeks). If you need to extend your hire or return your StrideOn knee scooter early, we will add or subtract the weeks from your hire fees. Delivery is €20.00 which includes shipping to your home or business and then back to us at the end of your rental. We have next day delivery nationwide once the booking is received by 3pm the day before and in some cases in Dublin, North Wicklow we can organise same day delivery.
When you have decided which model is best for you follow our easy steps online to complete your order or alternatively call one of our friendly and knowledgeable team who will answer any questions you may have. Pay by credit card and provide us with delivery and billing address and you are good to go. It is as simple as that! Check out our accessories that can be added to your booking to help make your recovery as easy as possible. To be certain of next day delivery please call before 3pm the day before. DPD couriers to not deliver or collect on a Saturday.
Your knee walker will be delivered directly to your home or office. Your rental time begins when you receive your walker. Assemble your knee walker in 2 easy tool free steps. Use your StrideOn knee scooter for the hire period and enjoy the increased mobility you will gain. In addition, you will heal faster by keeping your weight off your injured leg. If you find that the Knee Walker is not working out, you may cancel your order for any reason within 3 days of Rental. You will be charged courier charges and just a €10.00 administration fee.
When you no longer need your knee walker, pack up your StrideOn in the original box. Attach address label provided to the top of box. Then call us to arrange collection from a suitable address on 086-142 2936. DPD couriers do not collect on a Saturday.

We offer FREE DELIVERY & COLLECTION when you book for 4 weeks or more. Bookings for less than 4 weeks – Delivery is €20.00 which includes delivery to your home or business and then back to us at the end of your rental. We have next day* delivery nationwide by DPD Courier and in some cases in Dublin, North Wicklow we can organise same day delivery.
* Next day delivery is based on working days. Saturday deliveries can be requested, supplement applies

If for some reason the Knee Walker does not work for you, let us know within 3 days and we will refund you less delivery charges and a small administration fee.
Step 4: Return your StrideOn knee walker to us
When you no longer need your knee walker, pack up your StrideOn in the original box. Attach address label provided to the top of box. Then call us to arrange collection on 086-142 2936. A final invoice will be emailed to you at the end of your rental.
